This opportunity is open to anyone wishing to attend, within and external to the KEF conference registration.
The Broome Growth Plan identified cluster development as a core strategy in building our regional economy.
Ifor will take participants through a Fast Track of the Twelve Step cluster development process that he has introduced, using examples from small and remote communities around the world.
Who should attend this workshop?
Those working with groups of businesses will be particularly welcome, as neutral facilitators are a valuable element in establishing a clustering approach. The Masterclass will also be of interest to training and business support organisations and to community and business leaders.
The Broome Growth Plan highlighted the importance of alignment of interests across the eight industry clusters by service providers, residents, community groups, the Shire of Broome, government departments and traditional owners.
Tickets are inclusive for KEF registrations or can be purchased individually for $120 per person.
