The inaugral Kimberley Economic Forum was hosted by the Broome Chamber of Commerce in 2007, since then they have been running annually and are a highlight of the business calendar for businesses in The Kimberley, Western Australia and Nationally.
The Kimberley Economic Forum was an initiative driven by the Broome Chamber of Commerce to create an that focuses on the opportunities, challenges and issues relating to economic development in the Kimberley region. More specifically, the forum is designed to provide small business operators in the region with an opportunity to hear first hand about significant developments in the region, new technology, joint ventures, community initiatives and how large corporate organizations are working with local communities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
