Ian Ferguson: General Manager, Vector Wero Whitewater Park

Ian Ferguson is a New Zealand Olympian who has taken the same attributes that made him a World Champion and used them in business and teambuilding. As General Manager of the Vector Wero Whitewater Park, he leads a world class tourism destination that engages communities and youth. It is New Zealand's first facility to offer an artificial river and water course for recreation, sports, and emergency services training, school programmes and youth development. The white water park is developed and operated on behalf of the community which reinvests the corporate dollars into building a stronger community.
