Broome is an internationally renowned
tourist destination with a range of world class attractions, including unique
local pearls. Two different programs are available each day for partners
attending with delegates. A special gift pack with give aways and discounts for
local tourist attractions and retail outlets will be provided to each
participant.
Wednesday 2nd of May,
starting with breakfast at 8.00am
‘A morning amongst the pearls’ starts with a glass of champagne
over breakfast and an expert explanation of how pearls are graded and what to
look for when buying a pearl. Followed by an exclusive viewing at 3 different
pearl shops on the famous street of Pearls. Morning tea at Pearl Luggers and
tour of a pearling lugger. Followed by a viewing of Town beach and a visit to
Broome Historical Museum where the history of pearling unfolds. Lunch at an
iconic local restaurant, and a quick stop at the Japanese cemetery before
returning to CBC at 2.30pm. Cost $65 includes, morning tea, lunch and museum
entry.
OR
Golf at Broome golf course. Coach leaves at 8.30am for 9 holes of
golf. Cost includes green fees, cart hire, club hire and transport. Cost $80 or
join the other tour group for lunch for an extra $20.
Thursday 3rd May
starting with breakfast at 8.00am
‘Walking with the wildlife’. An exclusive guided feeding tour of
the Malcolm Douglas Wildlife Park, followed by morning tea and a viewing of
organic farming in Broome. Tasting of mango wine, pickles and products at the
mango farm. A stop at Ganthume Point to take in the spectacular views followed
by lunch at the wharf restaurant, returning to CBC at 2.15 Cost includes
Wildlife Park admission, morning tea, tastings and lunch. Cost
$120
OR
Deep sea fishing trip. An early morning start for full day
fishing with an experienced local fishing charter operator, chasing spectacular
fish. Tour includes transport, lunch, use of tackle and plenty of cold bottled
water. You can bring your own beer or two. Cost $280
CBC also boasts a luxurious Day Spa. Prior bookings are strongly recommended.
